Delete Your Account

In the app

1. Open Stow and tap the profile button in the top-right corner of the map.
2. On your profile, tap the settings button (the gear) in the top-left corner, then tap Account Settings.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm by tapping Delete account again.

Your account is deleted right away and you're signed out. This can't be undone. To use Stow again, create a new account.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, username, profile photo, bio and email address, and your sign-in account.
• The listings and postcards you created, and their photos.
• Your upvotes, the people you follow and who follow you, friend requests, and notifications.

A record of listings you created stays in an internal archive of removed listings, with your account unlinked from it. Copies can remain in daily encrypted backups for up to 7 days until they are overwritten.

If you used Sign in with Apple, you can also stop using your Apple Account with Stow in iOS Settings: tap your name, then Sign-In & Security, then Sign in with Apple.

If you can't sign in

Email support@stowmap.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm the request comes from you, then delete the account within 30 days.

The waitlist

To remove your email address from the Stow waitlist, use the unsubscribe link in any email from us, or email privacy@stowmap.com.
